PARTNER
Scott worked with his family company, Delaney Development, Inc., for 10 years before starting Delaney Property Group, LLC with his brother, Michael, in 2013 to focus entirely on single and multi-tenant development. He has worked with numerous retailers, companies, brokers, and contractors in all phases of the development process. His goal has, and always will be to help great brands expand their physical footprint throughout the entire United States. Scott is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has served in numerous volunteer roles with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
PARTNER
Michael has a background in Commercial Real Estate and Property Development with over Twenty years in the industry. Michael worked as Vice President of land Acquisition, property development and sales for over a decade with Delaney Development, Inc, a third-generation Real estate company. This is what led him to spin off Delaney Property Group, LLC with his brother Scott in 2013. Michael enjoys the challenges of the entire development process, but really appreciates meeting and working with the interesting people that come together to complete a project. Michael is a Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM) an Accredited Land Consultant(ALC) and a member of the international Council of Shopping Centers(ICSC). He enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife and Three kids when not working on DPG projects.
PROJECT MANAGER
Garrett joined Delaney Property Group, LLC in October of 2018. After graduating from Auburn University in 2015, Garrett worked in the construction supply industry for three years and obtained his Real Estate license in January of 2017. He practiced real estate specializing in recreational hunting land and timber land before transferring his license to DPG Realty, LLC. As Senior Project Manager for Delaney Property Group, LLC, Garrett’s strong work ethic proves to be a major asset in the continued growth and success of the company.
Construction Manager
Jacob joined Delaney Property Group, LLC in January of 2021. While earning his degree, Jacob interned for a large construction company where he gained insight and experience on retail redevelopment projects, as well as construction and management of large-scale projects. As construction manager for Delaney Property Group, LLC, Jacob utilizes his skills and continues to gain experience working on a variety of projects. Jacob is hardworking and disciplined, a methodical planner with excellent management skills.
Jacob holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama.
Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper
Having over a combined 20 years of administrative experience in the legal, engineering, banking, human resources and hospitality industries, Tina is a critical asset to Delaney Property Group. Her superior work ethic and commitment to excellence prove to be a vital part of Delaney Property Group’s continued success.
In her free time, Tina spends time with family and friends enjoying our Gulf Coast beaches, going to Auburn University football games in the fall, and participating in the Mardi Gras celebration in Mobile, AL. She is an avid animal lover. She has a Boston Terrier, a rescue mixed breed dog and a rescue cat that keep her busy when she is not working.

John is a Mobile native and earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama, with a specialization in Real Estate and a minor in Computer Science. After graduating in 2016 he moved to Birmingham and spent 6 years at a national real estate firm representing municipalities in their economic development efforts. There he built strong relationships with retailers, tenant representatives, landlords, and brokers throughout the Southeast.
He joined Delaney Property Group in 2022 and is focused on market analysis, site selection, underwriting, contract negotiation, and business development. John holds his real estate license with DPG Realty, LLC and is an active member of ICSC. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing golf, cooking, and being outdoors.
Bookkeeper
Virginia Bridges has over 20 years experience as a bookkeeper. She is a graduate of Spring Hill College with a degree in Public Relations. She sits on the Board of Directors of Mobile Ballet and has volunteered in various rolls over the years for Providence Foundation’s Festival of Flowers. She enjoys reading, watching soccer and spending time with her two sons.
Transaction Manager
Mary Herndon Nordmann is a native of Mobile, Alabama and spent over a decade working in the judicial system before joining Delaney Property Group in 2023. She graduated with honors from the University of Alabama, where she earned Bachelor of Arts degree. Outside of work, Mary Herndon serves in various leadership roles in the community. She is serves as an Elder at Government Street Presbyterian Church, on the Friends of Magnolia Cemetery Board of Directors, and as a league tennis captain. She enjoys playing tennis, reading, and walking her chocolate lab, Honey.
